He then travelled the route himself, studying the seas, the seasons, and the intricacies of how different parts of the dhow interacted with the forces of nature. He gained experience and every time he built a new dhow he would make it stronger in different parts than before.

AL FATEH’ is the first boat made by our founder Mr. Obaid Juma Bin Majid Al Falasi and was constructed with his hand in Karachi in 1976 as the region was poor in having the required raw materials for dhow construction. Because of his bright vision he engaged in making bigger dhows to carry more cargo.

Just like our customers, every yacht is unique. Tastes may differ, layouts may change, finishes may alter.

But one thing is constant. Our passion and commitment to give all our customers the opportunity to tailor and personalise elements within their yacht, whatever the size.
